Question 1

What exactly is the prize?

Accepted Answer

A UK theme-park break for a family of four, worth around £500: an overnight stay in a themed or resort hotel with breakfast, plus park tickets for four people at a top UK theme-park resort of the winner's choice — subject to availability at the time of booking.

Question 2

Can we choose the park and the dates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The winner picks the resort and preferred dates, and we book it — subject to availability. School-holiday and half-term dates are fine; we recommend booking as early as you can for peak weeks.

Question 3

Who can enter?

Accepted Answer

Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. The break itself is for the whole family — kids very much included.

Question 4

Can I enter more than once?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can buy multiple entries or bundles, up to any limit shown at checkout. The 20-entry bundle at £8 is the best value: 40p an entry.

Question 5

Is there a free entry route?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A free postal entry route is available — see the Free Postal Entry section and the Terms & Conditions for the method and requirements.

Question 6

How is the winner chosen?

Accepted Answer

One winner is drawn at random after the published closing date, in line with the Terms & Conditions.

Question 7

When does the draw close?

Accepted Answer

The draw closes at 10:59pm on 24 August 2026. The winner is drawn and contacted shortly after.

Question 8

Is this gambling?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a prize draw with a free entry route. Please play responsibly. 18+, Terms & Conditions apply.
